Terms and Conditions of Service

How We Deliver & What to Expect

1. Scope of Service

-> Accreditation Standards:
All services are conducted in accordance with our ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation as governed by IANZ.
-> Service Delivery: Calibration may be performed in-house at our Lautoka facility or on-site at the client’s location.
-> Limitations:
  If we are unable to calibrate your device ie its outside of our capabilities we will contact you with calibration options.


2. Turnaround & Delivery


-> Standard Timing:
Standard calibration turnaround is 1–3 business days.
-> Urgent Requests: Same-day "Priority" service is available upon request and may be subject to additional fees.
-> Collection: Clients may arrange for pickup and delivery services through SPC.



3. Reporting & Documentation

-> Certification: All calibration results are issued via a Digital Calibration Certificate sent to the client's registered email.



4. Equipment Failure & Replacements

-> Out of Specification (OOS): If a device is found to be incapable of calibration, we will notify the client and offer a certified replacement option.
-> Maintenance: Our team, including recognized specialists, will provide a rationale for any technical factors chosen during the evaluation process.


5. Liability & Reliance

-> Third-Party Reliance: Reports and certificates are intended solely for the person or entity named in the document.
-> Accuracy of Data: SPC relies on information provided by the client and visual inspections of the equipment or site; we are not liable for errors resulting from undisclosed defects or misinformation.


6. Payment Terms

-> Standard Terms: Payment is due upon receipt of the Calibration Certificate unless a prior credit arrangement has been established.
